
CO2 Incubators
CO2 Incubators are widely used in tissue cell culture growth applications in laboratories. These incubators are designed with CO2 gas injection system, temperature (°C) and humidity (RH) system to create suitable environment inside the chamber ideal for tissue cell culture growth; in addition, they are also used in vitro fertilization (IVF), cancer research and neuroscience etc.
CO2 incubators come with 90°C moist heat sterilization or UV sterilization as required. Each unit is fitted with microprocessor based LCD controller panel having facilities of adjusting CO2 percentage, Temperature and Humidity ranges. For safety, there is low and high alarm, which alerts user if there, is any variation in CO2, temperature and humidity.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- Construction: Inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304 with rounded (coved) corners; while exterior is powder coated and painted for corrosion free performance.
- Jacket Type: These CO2 incubators are available in both Air Jacket and Water Jacket.
- Door: Each CO2 incubator comes with inner glass doors and outer door. Inner glass door keeps maintain stable environment and minimizes changes to humidity, temperature and CO2 concentration; moreover shortens recovery time and reduces risk of contamination.
- Trays: 3 nos. perforated stainless steel trays are provided with each CO2 incubator that are removable and height adjustable.
- CO2 range: CO2 range is 0 to 20% with ±0.1% stability. It is measured by Thermal Conductivity sensor. The inlet pressure remains 0.1MPa.
- Humidity: Air humidity remains up to 95%, which keeps cell cultures safe from drying out. For humidity, distilled water is kept at bottom of the chamber.
- Temperature: Temperature range is ambient+5°C to 50°C. PT1000 temperature sensor ensures excellent accuracy.
- Air filter: A 0.3µ HEPA filter is fitted at inlet of CO2 gas injection system to keep away impurities and contaminations from entering into chamber.
- Sterilization: Our CO2 incubators are available in both 90°C moist heat sterilization and UV light (254nm) sterilization. The overnight sterilization cycle ensures efficient decontamination without need of removal of internal fittings.
- Alarm: There are alarms for power interruption, High/low temperature variation, deviation of CO2, RH, door ajar and independent over heat protection.
